Latest Updates to the Club Blvd Utility Project

​​The water line, sewer line, and stormwater lines along Club Blvd are being replaced. Work began March 3, 2025 at Club and Hillandale and is expected to be completed in August 2026. Club is closed from Alabama Ave to Maryland Ave. As of mid-April, work continues on Club from Carolina to Ninth, on Oval Drive between Club and Oakland, and in Oval Park. The staging area will remain on Oakland between Club and Englewood.

 

The work on Club may be completed soon. That leaves portions of Ninth Street and some side streets off of Club. Closed streets are open for local traffic meaning residents only.
