Latest Updates to the Club Blvd Utility Project - Almost there

​​The water line, sewer line, and stormwater lines along Club Blvd are being replaced. Work began March 3, 2025 at Club and Hillandale and is expected to be completed in August 2026 (the end is upon us!). Much of Club Blvd is open. The block from Georgia Ave to Hillandale Road is not fully open. As of mid-August, work continues on Club from Georgia Ave to Hillandale Road, on Ninth St, and on Englewood Ave east of Ninth St.

Much of the work is complete and the streets are open and are being resurfaced.
