Latest Updates to the Club Blvd Utility Project

​​The water line, sewer line, and stormwater lines along Club are being replaced. Work began March 3, 2025 at Club and Hillandale and is expected to last 18 months as it progresses through the neighborhood. Club is closed from Alabama Ave to Maryland Ave. As of mid-October, work continues on Club from Oakland to Maryland and on Oval Drive between Club and Woodrow. Ninth Street from Knox to Safeway/Markham is now open. Closed streets are open for local traffic meaning residents only.
