Latest Updates to the Club Blvd Utility Project

​​The water line, sewer line, and stormwater lines along Club Blvd are being replaced. Work began March 3, 2025 at Club and Hillandale and is expected to be completed in August 2026. Club remains closed to thru traffic from Alabama Ave to Maryland Ave. As of mid-July, work continues at the intersection of Club and Hillandale, on Ninth St, on Oakland at Lawndale, and Wilson near Oakland. The staging area will remain on Oakland between Club and Englewood.

 

Closed streets are open for local traffic meaning residents only.
