Coca-Cola Bottling Facility

Durham Coca-Cola Bottling Company has moved to new headquarters along US 64 near Jordan Lake. Construction has started on a mixed-use retail/residential development called Westside Bottling. Retail plans include Sprouts, First Watch, Shake Shack, Ulta, Club Pilates, a Mediterranean restaurant and, of course, a nail salon. Residential plans are approximately 370 apartments and 35 townhomes. Demolition of the Coca-Cola building and surroundings took place in July and August 2025. Construction is expected to take two years.
