Green Hill

​​A developer, JPI, has closed on the property behind Sheetz on Hillsborough Road and Lasalle Street and the adjacent property where two hotels are now. Plans are to demolish the former retail building and the hotels and build a residential complex with apartments and townhomes. Demolition of the buildings has started. Sadly, old pine trees along LaSalle were removed at the outset.
