Green Hill

​​A developer, JPI, has a pending contract for the property behind Sheetz on Hillsborough Road and  Lasalle Street and the adjacent property where two hotels are now. Plans are to demolish the former retail building and the hotels and build a residential complex with apartments and townhomes.
