Renew or Join WHHNA Membership ($6/yr)

Join or renew your WHHNA membership by
completing the form and paying your dues here:
MEMBERSHIP FORM. Please note that membership
runs from October to October. Membership is $6 per
year regardless of when the dues are paid.

How is my membership fee used?

Your funds help support neighborhood activities such as:​

  • Night of Lights

  • 4th of July Parade

  • Safety on Club Blvd on Halloween

  • WHH and Friends Art Walk


In addition, membership fees and donations support
our local public schools, the Ellerbe Creek
Watershed Association, and the InterNeighborhood
Council of Durham.

The association also pays annual operating
expenses for the WHHNA Google Group (aka the
listserv), this WHHNA website, the quarterly Parade
newsletter, as well as money for a small storage unit
warehousing tables, tents, and cones used for special events.


How else do I benefit my community by joining
WHHNA?


The overall goal of the neighborhood association is to
improve the quality of life of its residents. To achieve
this goal, the board plays an active role with various city
departments to ensure the needs of WHH residents are
represented in infrastructure and policy decisions that
affect the neighborhood. The board also represents
neighbors’ concerns with development projects planned
close to the neighborhood.

$6 per member using Venmo
