Hotel

A multi-story hotel has been proposed on a sloping parcel of property wedged between Hillsborough Road, Hillandale Road, and the ramp connecting these two roads. The neighborhood requested many changes to the developer's plans and received a few concessions. Final plans were approved in 2023.
