Latest Updates
The water line, sewer line, and stormwater lines along Club are being replaced. Work began March 3, 2025 at Club and Hillandale and is expected to last 18 months as it progresses through the neighborhood. Currently, the two blocks of Club from Hillandale to Alabama are closed. Starting April 30, Club will be closed from Alabama to Oval Drive. Adjacent streets will be restricted as well. Work is also beginning on 9th St. The closed sections are open for local traffic meaning residents only. Drainage in Oval Park. In late January 2025, improvements to drainage were done. If nothing else, we have more grass.
Sidewalk construction may have paused. Crews have not been in our neighborhood since February. The board is lobbying for remedies to the water pools created at the curb ramps.
Mardi Gras Parade! Thank you, Kate Medley, for initiating the parade and for the King cakes. Thank you, Jon Holt, for leading the drumline.

Greetings Neighbors! Our website has been updated with further improvements arriving almost daily. The view by phone needs work. The site is a resource for information useful to residents of WHH.
