Oval Park Indian Trail Park Westover Park Belmont Park
Oval Park is the heart of the neighborhood. Part of the original neighborhood
layout, Oval Park is four acres and spans both sides of Club Boulevard. Oval
Park is home of several neighborhood traditions, such as FestOval in September
and the Fourth of July Parade. Oval Park boasts a children's playground, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, and many mature trees. Oval Park is set for a traffic calming project in summer 2006. Also, a renovation of the park is scheduled for 2007 with funds from the bonds approved by voters in 2005. Site Plan, Grading Plan
Indian Trail Park is located on Indian Trail Avenue and boasts a playground, and open field, Ellerbe Creek, and the West Ellerbe Creek Trail Head.
Westover Park is located on Maryland Avenue. The park is getting a renovation in 2007 with funds from the bonds approved by voters in 2005.
Belmont Park is a small park with trees, benches, and playground equipment located at Albany and Sovereign. |
